The Board Of Governors meets the 1st Monday of each month, 6:00pm at the clubhouse unless the Monday is a Federal Holiday, in which case the meeting will be the following Monday.
The board was formed because of the small participation level of the general membership at the monthly meetings and the fact that the club is very active and there are frequent important decisions that need to be made.
It is desirable for all members to attend all meetings.
General Membership Meetings are held in January, April, July, & November after the BOG meeting; all members are URGED to attend. The November meeting is when the annual Election of Officers and Board Members takes place.
